ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on petitioner's Revision dated 20.06.2025 filed before the 1st respondent within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's Revision dated 20.06.2025, and pass orders after issuing notice to the petitioner and rival claimants and granting personal hearing to the petitioner in accordance to law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
