It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter between the petitioner and opponent is purely civil in nature and already a civil suit is pending in O.S.No.43 of 2016 before the District Munsif Court, Peraiyur.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already petition enquiry has been conducted and closed and presence of the petitioner is not required any more.
