This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records, relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.19/Ki.Ko.Kaa.Ni/ 2022, dated 06.05.2022, and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to grant permission to perform cultural programmes (Aadal Paadal) on 01.06.2022, 02.06.2022, 04.06.2022, 05.06.2022 and 06.06.2022 at Shree Ammachiyar Amman alias Venneerkondal, Sangili Karuppasamy Temple, Kunnoor, Virudhunagar District.

2. The petitioner is serving as the president of the festival committee of Shree Ammachiyar Amman alias Venneerkondal, Sangili Karuppasamy Temple, Kunnoor. Every year the villagers have been celebrating "Vaigasi Thiruvizha" in the above said temple.This year the entire villagers decided to celebrate the "Vaigasi Thiruvizha" festival in a grand manner. The ceremonies will be conducted on 31.05.2022 and the Festival Committee decided to conduct a cultural programme (Aadal Paadal) on 01.06.2022, 02.06.2022, 04.06.2022, 05.06.2022 and 06.06.2022 in the said temple. In that regard, the petitioner approached the second respondent and made a representation in person and requested them to give permission to conduct cultural programme, but that was rejected by the second respondent. Hence the petitioner approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.05.2022 in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 27.05.2022.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
