ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.205 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not having any previous cases. It appears that a petty quarrel has given rise to this complaint. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

4.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

required for interrogation.

5.The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
