It is a petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.06.2016 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 20.06.2016 in Crime No.137 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b),323, 427 and 506(ii) IPC.
