The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to sanction loan for Entrepreneur Development Programme.

2. After notice, today the matter is taken up for further hearing.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's application was rejected on 17.10.2014 itself based on certain reasons and therefore, the present relief of Mandamus, is not maintainable. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner however submitted that so far no such communication was sent to the petitioner intimating the rejection of his application.

5. If that be the case, it is for the respondents 1 and 2 to communicate the order rejecting the loan application of the petitioner without any further delay.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to communicate the order, dated 17.10.2014 to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
