Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in Ref.No.17/A2/2014, dated 11.04.2014 and quash the same as illegal, unjust, unconstitutional, without jurisdiction and consequently directing the respondents 2 and 3 to allow the petitioner to continue the service as Physical Education Teacher in the 3rd respondent School.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the impugned order challenging in this writ petition has been revoked and that therefore the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. It is also admitted that the petitioner is continuing in service by virtue of the interim order of this Court, dated 24.11.2014. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

2. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
