The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the second respondent to dispose of an appeal, which is pending in Na.Ka.4770 of 2022. 2.Heard Mr.K.Chengiz Khan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.This Court necessarily has to refrain from entering into a discussion on the merits, since the issue is now pending before the second respondent.

4.A direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the aforementioned appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by following principles of natural justice and ensuring that notices are served on all the relevant parties and that representations of all relevant parties are heard by the second respondent before passing final order. 2/4
