ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to give police protection for conducting Sandhana Kudu Festival from 19.06.2016 to 21.06.2016 and to the petitioner, based on the representation dated 12.06.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The claim of the petitioner is that he has taken charge as a Panagali Trustee and as per the scheme decree, a meeting was conducted and a resolution was passed by majority of trustees and they elected the petitioner as Executive Trustee. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the "Sandhana Koodu Festival" from 19.06.2016 to 21.06.2016 has to be conducted in the Dargah in a peaceful manner and for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

which, police protection is required.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) for the respondents submitted that they will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders.

6.In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2016 and pass orders within a period of four days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
