[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD)No.228 of 2025, dated 03.02.2025.

2.Today, when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General would submit that this Court wile disposing the W.A.(MD)No.228 of 2025, dated 03.02.2025 had directed the management as well as the Collegiate Education Department should ensure that the monetary benefit of the appellant is protected and no prejudice in any way or any form be caused to the appellant by way of this deployment. Further the Department of Collegiate Education was also directed to ensure the appellant joins the Sri Devi Kumari Women's College, Kuzhithurai without any hurdle as per their order, dated 16.08.2024. Since there was no vacancy in Sri Devi Kumari Women's College, Kuzhithurai, the petitioner was unable to be accommodated in that College.

3. However, having found that there is a vacancy for the post at Sri Iyyamma Women's College, Sungankadai, Kanyakumari District, the Commissioner of Collegiate Education by proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 14050/vg;2/2023, dated 23.07.2025 had directed the petitioner to be accommodated at Sri Iyyamma Women's College, Sungankadai, Page No.4 of 7

4. He would further submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the delay in accommodating the petitioner is on account of non-availability of the post in the other Colleges and he would seek that the compliance may be recorded and the Contempt Petition may be closed.

5. The order of this Court passed in W.A.(MD)No.228 of 2025 dated 03.02.2025 has been complied with.

6. Recording the submissions, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
