ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's brother and his sons have attacked the petitioner by using an aruval and due to that he has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and a case has been registered in Crime No.543 of 2015. Hence the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent, for providing police protection. Since the same is pending without any progress, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.There is an assurance by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the respondent will consider the

representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2016 and offer sufficient and adequate police protection.
