ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry on the revision application filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.G2/7959/2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to complete the enquiry on the revision application. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry would be completed and appropriate orders would be passed on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In the light of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry on the revision application filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
