ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (A), 406 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

No.9226 of 2022 4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie is made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall not be arrested.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
