Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to forbear the respondents from implementing the Common Accounting System in Handloom Weavers Co-operative Societies by considering the petitioner's representations dated 28.03.2024 and 13.04.2024.

3. It is noticed that already an interim order has been passed by this Court on 25.04.2024, after recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the 2/4

petitioner, wherein the predicament of the petitioner was recorded in the above order.

4. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 28.03.2024 and 13.04.2024 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
