O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.194 of 2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation was completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.94 of 2021.

3. Considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.94 of 2021 and dispose of the case on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
