ORDER

The writ petition had been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents to consider the representation, dated 10.12.2021 given by the petitioner herein. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that he had purchased the property in Natham S.No.503, measuring 1824.5 sq.ft at Marukalkurichi Village, Naguneri Taluk from one Vellaiammal, wife of Perumal Thevar. Then he had applied for building approval and that was also granted. He had constructed a residential house and also obtained the electricity connection. Thereafter, he had applied for natham patta. The first respondent had forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the second respondent to conduct necessary enquiry. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not conducted any enquiry.

3.A direction is given to the second respondent/Tahsildar, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, to conduct necessary enquiry on or 2/4

before 31.05.2023 and forward a report to the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District, who in turn, pass necessary orders on or before 30.06.2023, based on the representation given by the petitioner herein.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
