O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by one Suresh Kumar, petition enquiry has been initiated against the petitioner by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District, in C.No.G3/7053/327/2020, dated 11.03.2020.

3.On perusal of documents, it is seen that the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District, has not added as a party. So in the absence of necessary party, no useful order can be passed.

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application after adding necessary parties.
