ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 354-A, 294 (b), 506(ii) IPC r/w Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(1) (w) (i) of SC/ST (POA) Act in Crime No.70 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioner already moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail. After hearing at length, this Court was to dismiss the Criminal Original Petition. At that stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he also made an endorsement. Therefore, in the absence of change in circumstances, second petition for grant of anticipatory bail cannot be permitted.

4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
