This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.16 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent, dated 02.12.2019.
2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.16 of 2019, which was registered against the third respondent for the offences under Sections 498 (A), 323 and 506 (I) of IPC. There is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein. For the purpose of possibility of settlement, notice was ordered to the third respondent. Even though, notice has been served, none appeared on behalf of him. So, there is possibility of settlement.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order since the offence is of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.OP(MD).No.8286 of 2021 the year 2019. After filing final report, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
