ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.05.2022. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
