ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to add the offence in the FIR. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and a final report has also been filed and the same has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai in C.C.No.68 of 2016.

3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
