ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 506(i) I.P.C in Crime No.5 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court went through the contents of the the First Information Report. The victim is aged about 19 years. The petitioner is a married person. It is seen that there is a specific overt act against the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
