Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNANITHI M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SS.Madhavan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16408 of 2022 in Crl.A. (MD) No.147 of 2020, dated 23.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
