Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petition mentioned service connection stood in the name of one Thayanithi. He sold the property to the second respondent herein. Based on the said sale deed, the first respondent has already effected name transfer in the name of the second respondent. 3.Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
