ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The said submission is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
