..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to get contribution from the petitioner and consequently allow the petitioner to participate in the Yettam Thirunal Mandagapadi at Sri Vanamamali Perumal - Sri Varamangai Nachiar Kovil, Nanguneri on the eve of Chithirai Thiruvizha on 09.05.2014 and pass further orders as this Court may deem it fit.
