This Criminal Appeal filed Under Section 14-(A)(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016 against the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Sivagangai, dated 24.01.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.35 of 2020.

ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Senthilnathan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.136 of 2020 dated 12.05.2020. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 12.05.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the second respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.136 of 2020 dated 12.05.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further order.
