PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 herein from interfering with the civil dispute which is the subject matter of S.A.No.743 of 1992 on the file of High Court, Madras dated 09.09.1996, now pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Uthamapalayam by way of appeal dated 01.03.2013 for joint patta of the petitioner and pass further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper.
