It is a petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.05.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 20.06.2016 in Crime No.211 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b),506(ii), 352 and 420 IPC.
