ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is serving in Indian Army. Hence, due to the nature of service, the petitioner was not able to comply with the conditions imposed in the pre-arrest bail order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12615 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024.

2. The reasons stated in the petition are satisfactory. Hence, this Court is inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 1/3

29.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12615 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024.
