This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner while at the time of doing cultivation in his agricultural land situated in Survey Nos.73/2A1A and 195/2C, at T.Arasapatti Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, based on the complaint, dated 10.08.2020.
2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10.08.2020, has been received by the second respondent and based on which enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.161 of 2020, and during enquiry if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
