Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus,Calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent bearing No.11279/ThaKoo2/2019 dated 01-07-2019 and quash the same and consequently issued by the 3rd Respondent in No.11279/ThaK002/2019 dated 01-07-2019 and refund the deducted wages amount in the account of escort duty to the petitoners husband/LCP No.5414.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/Respondent and punish them for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.17162 of 2019, dated 04.09.2019.
