ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The writ petitioner joined the third respondent co-operative society in the year 1991. He retired on 30.11.2022. His grievance is that his retirement benefits have not been disbursed so far. The request of the petitioner is most reasonable. The third respondent is directed to disburse the petitioner's terminal benefits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the quantum.
3. This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
