The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai to expedite the trial proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.42 of 2014 and complete the same within the period stipulated by this Court. 2.From the B diary extract, it can be seen that on most of the hearings, the petitioner and her husband are not present and the matter is dragged for more than three years only because of the conduct of the parties to the proceedings. However, in the interest of justice and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to pass following direction:- "The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the D.V.O.P.No.42 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
