It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.552 of 2015 dated 05.11.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.552 of 2015.

4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.552 of 2015 before the Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
