This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that no any complaint has been received as against the petitioner and any current paper is pending. Therefore, there is no cause of action and the same is liable to be dismissed.
