The Writ Petition shall stand dismissed on the sole ground that the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither he nor the petitioner is aware of the circular in e.f.vz; 7595/2018 vz;;.3 ehs; 07.06.2018, issued by the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Chennai, the first respondent herein. Before filing Public Interest Litigation, it is the duty of the petitioner to keep himself abreast of the latest position in respect of the cause, which he espouses before this Court. No costs.
