O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as Bill Clerk in the 3rd respondent office by considering his representation NIL within a time frame. 2.The case of the petitioner is that on initiation of the proceedings under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, the petitioner has been convicted by judgment dated 07.01.2010 in S.T.C.No.16 of 2008 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai and on appeal, the same was confirmed by judgment dated 15.03.2013 in C.A.No.10 of 2010 passed by the Sessions Court, Sivagangai, against which, a revision case in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.473 of 2010 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already repaid the amount from whom he borrowed. 4.The learned standing counsel for the respondents, by filing a counter affidavit, submitted that the petitioner has already been removed from service.

5.As the petitioner has already been removed from service, this Court is of the view that the purpose of considering the representation of the petitioner for reemployment cannot be acceded to. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.is closed.
