ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the First Information Report dated 11.06.2018 in Crime No.184 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the second respondent/ defacto complainant had preferred a false complaint in Crime No.184 of 2018 against the petitioners due to previous motive. No such occurrence had happened as alleged by the second respondent and he himself has admitted in the hospital for taking treatment.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the complaint of the second respondent was enquired and a case has been registered in Crime No.184 of 2018. The petitioners herein are Accused Nos.3,4 and 5. A final report has been filed against the Accused Nos.1 and 2 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, under Sections 294(b), 323, 355 of IPC @ 294(b), 323 of IPC on 11.06.2018.

4.In the light of the above, no case has been registered against the petitioners / Accused Nos.3 to 5 in the aforesaid final report.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
