ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.477 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police, as against the petitioner herein. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent has represented that the investigation in this case was completed and charge sheet also filed. That apart, one of the accused, namely Rajeswari filed quash petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18501 of 2018 and the same was also dismissed by this Court on 26.02.2020, to that effect, he also produced copy of the said order.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) and considering the fact that no materials available 2/4
