This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents 4 and 5 from erecting the public toilet adjoining the petitioner's residential house in S.Nos.492/75 and 492/13 in Potthampatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. It is informed by Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate, that the proposed toilet is being re-located and shall not be before the petitioner's premise.

3. In the light of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
