*********** The Writ Petition is not maintainable, in view of the Judgment in Tamilaga Asiriyar Koottani represented by the General Secretary - V. - Annamalai, No.52, Nallathambi Street, Triplicane, Chennai5, reported in 2005 WLR 389. Further, auction had already commenced on 17.03.2015 and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. If any individual is affected, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
