This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.121 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation.
4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
