ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.
3. Though the prayer in the writ petition cannot be granted as such, the petitioner would only contend that he was issued with a show cause notices on two occasions, for which, he has given reply, but till date no orders have been passed. Now, he apprehends that his license may be cancelled and he may be prevented. That cannot be a reason to order in the writ petition.

4. In such circumstances, this Court directed the authority to pass appropriate orders considering the reply in
the show cause notices within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
