This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 113 days in preferring the cross objection against the award dated 06.05.2024 passed in M.C.O.P.No.296 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal District Judge), Karur.

2. Mrs.K.R.Sivashankari, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3. Since the Tribunal has directed the Insurance Company to incur the entire liability, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Cross-Objection and list the same along with C.M.A.(MD).No.1039 of 2025 on 09.04.2026.
