ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.05.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) r/w 4(1-A) of T.N.P, of IPC, in Crime No.159 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused was found in possession of 56 brandy bottles for selling in retail. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on complaint given by the defacto complainant, case has been registered and the investigation is pending. There is no previous case pending against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner.

5.Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 31.05.2016, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Virudhunagar and appear before the Virudhunagar Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
