This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to dispose the case in C.C.No.736 of 2019 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is of the year 2019 and the same is pending for trial.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.736 of 2019 within a period of four months after resuming the regular Court work.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
