PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner to fence his land situated at Thoothukudi Taluk, Allikulam Village in S.No.60/15B measuring an extent of 48 cents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2020. This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner to fence his land situated at Thoothukudi Taluk, Allikulam Village in S.No.60/15B measuring an extent of 48 cents, on the basis of his representation, dated 07.07.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 07.07.2020, the second respondent herein initiated an enquiry in C.No.93/CIPS/Pudukottai/2020 and the same is pending.
