ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 188, 436, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Tamilnadu Public Property (Prevention of Damages and Loss) Act 1992 in Crime No.not known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that as of now the petitioner has not been shown as an accused in any case. It is also submitted that there is no material against the petitioner as on date. 3.This submission is recorded.
