ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1044 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 1044 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to E-Seva Kendra Porta Cabins attached to this Bench [Account No:7026895311, IFSC Code:IDIB000H040, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai] forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 5.On receipt of such payment, Registry is directed to number the appeal if the 2/3
